Indoor High Voltage Earthing Switch

This JN22B series indoor high voltage earthing switch is designed for 40.5kV indoor high voltage switchgear, a core safety component for power distribution systems from Changyunzhineng.    Adopt high-quality epoxy resin insulated post insulators with multi-layer umbrella skirt design, strong anti-pollution, anti-aging and arc-resistant capacity, stable insulation performance under humid, dusty and harsh outdoor cabinet working conditions.

2. Robust Conductive & Connection Structure

   Main conductive part uses high-purity copper busbar and braided copper flexible connectors, low contact resistance, excellent electrical conductivity, can withstand rated short-time withstand current up to 31.5kA, no overheating during long-term operation. Precision silver-plated contact surface reduces abrasion and ensures stable contact for thousands of mechanical operations.

3. Reliable Mechanical Interlock System

   Equipped with precise three-phase linkage transmission mechanism, smooth switching action, clear "Earthing ON / Earthing OFF" position indication. Perfect mechanical interlock design matches with circuit breakers and isolators to avoid misoperation, fully complying with high-voltage safety operation standards.

4. Durable Anti-Corrosion Frame

   The base frame adopts hot-dip galvanized alloy steel plate, uniform anti-rust coating, outstanding corrosion resistance, long service life in complex workshop and coastal high-humidity environments.
