I. Product Introduction
In recent years, our company has collaborated with multiple partners to advance the development and application of environmentally friendly gas-insulated switchgear. II. Key Features
The core switching element adopts a solid-sealed pole design, featuring a miniaturized vacuum interrupter and advanced casting technology. The innovative structural design ensures reliable performance in partial discharge, dynamic/thermal withstand, temperature rise, and service life.
The circuit breaker and three-position switch are assembled as an integrated unit. Each unit undergoes running-in, characteristic testing, and insulation testing prior to delivery – eliminating the need for partners to repeat these tests and ensuring easy cabinet installation.
Modular design with a rational, compact, and streamlined overall structure. The use of common components exceeds 80%, guaranteeing module reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Through simulation, physical testing, and continuous optimization, the power-frequency withstand voltage partial discharge of the switch unit (prior to cabinet installation) is less than 3 pC.
Long-life vacuum interrupters paired with high-quality circuit breaker operating mechanisms achieve a mechanical life of up to 30,000 operations.
Mature solid-sealing casting technology combined with patented soft encapsulation materials further enhances the insulation performance of solid-sealed poles.
