GXGND-12 Outgoing Feeder Cabinet

The GXGN D-12 outgoing feeder cabinet is a box-type fixed indoor AC metal-enclosed vacuum switchgear under the G5 series of CHANGYUNZHINENG. It is developed for three-phase 50 Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 12 kV. This complete power distribution equipment is widely used in 12 kV and below substations, as well as secondary distribution stations of industrial and mining enterprises. Its core functions include power receiving, power distribution, and protection & control of downstream electrical equipment.

The cabinet adopts atmospheric air as the primary insulation medium and vacuum interrupters as arc-extinguishing components to guarantee stable and safe operation. The auxiliary and control circuit power supply supports multiple optional voltages: DC 48 V, DC 110 V, DC 220 V and AC 220 V, which can flexibly match various on-site power supply conditions.

   Optimized internal layout design greatly reduces the overall cabinet size without sacrificing electrical performance. It effectively saves the floor space of power distribution rooms, making it an ideal choice for projects with limited installation space.

   The vacuum circuit breaker unit adopts a modular integrated structure, combining the operating mechanism compartment and main circuit as a whole. It is installed via a dual-track plug-in structure, simplifying on-site installation and commissioning, and supporting mass production and daily post-operation maintenance.

3. Strong Internal Arc Fault Resistance

   The cabinet satisfies the 20 kA / 0.5 s internal arc resistance standard. Each main circuit compartment is equipped with flip-type explosion-proof pressure relief baffles, which can rapidly release internal high pressure generated by arc faults and greatly improve the cabinet’s safety performance under fault conditions.

4. Intelligent Front Operation, Easy Operation & Maintenance

   Electric operation function is equipped to realize remote control, meeting the construction demands of power distribution automation. Both cable wiring ports and all operating control interfaces are arranged on the front side of the cabinet. The intuitive integrated control panel lowers the difficulty of daily inspection, operation and maintenance work.

5. Complete Five-prevention Mechanical Interlock System

   A full set of standard five-prevention interlocking devices is installed inside the cabinet to completely avoid misoperation risks, fully protecting the safety of operators and electrical equipment.
